Mr. Vinod Kumar Shukla (MD)

Infrastructure Veteran with more than 35 years experience and a civil engineer by profession, he took forward his family infrastructure business established in 1944 by his father. He built a team who could meet the best of standards in road & bridge construction and was awarded and appreciated for his work on many occasions. Today, he still holds the reigns of the company and proudly continues its activities as the guiding force for the Directors.

Mr V. K Shukla has also been the Vice President of the M.P. Builder Association. He pioneered the concept of BOT projects in India and was also involved in the policy formulation of the same by advising the Government of Madhya Pradesh.

Mrs. Shashi Shukla (Director)

An Economics graduate from the prestigious Banaras Hindu University (BHU), she has around 20 years of experience in the construction industry.

Being sociable, she is soft-spoken and has a calm and easy-going demeanor.

She has spearheaded the organisation's efforts into vertical integration by expanding into stone crushing, Ready Mix Concrete, AEC Bricks businesses.
